Titanium Saddlery use AUSTRALIA post to ship your products
We ship regular post on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Express post is shipped on the next business day.
Standard shipping 3 - 7 business days.
Express Shipping 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $14 for most items. Express shipping is a flat rate of $29 for most items.
FREE standard shipping within Australia is automatically applied for orders of most orders over $450.
There are some bulky and heavy items which have a higher shipping amount. The free shipping does not apply to these items.
For International Shipping all duties, taxes and tariffs are payable by the receiver. No refund will be given if the receiver does not pay the duties and items are returned.
Packaging
Products will be packaged according to Australia Post requirements.
For local pickup, n email will be sent when your items are ready to collect.
Nungar Knots
These products are hand made to order. Allow an addition 7 days for shipping or 1-2 weeks before your item is ready for collection.
Shipping Insurance
Our products are insured to the value of $100. If you would like them to be insured for more than that there will be an additional cost. To arrange insurance email: roz@titaniumsaddlery.com.au at the time of ordering or put it in the notes on your order
