Titanium SecureRide Double Neck Strap – Extra Security, Smarter Design

Sometimes called a crap strap, oh sh#*t strap, horse grab strap or safety neck strap, the Titanium SecureRide is a much smarter take on a simple riding essential.  Whether you're learning, riding bareback, bridleless, training young horses, building confidence, jumping or trail riding, this strap gives you a safe, secure place to hold without interfering with the horse’s mouth.

Extremely popular with riding schools, the adjustable handle is positioned where your hands naturally need to be, allowing you to quickly take hold while maintaining a more secure, balanced riding position. Unlike a traditional monkey strap attached to the front of the saddle, it helps keep your hands forward rather than pulling your upper body down and out of balance.

Made from buttery soft premium leather, it features padding for your horse’s comfort on the withers and chest. Unlike basic designs, ours won’t twist, dig in, or slip thanks to dual attachment points and detachable straps which connect to the D-rings on your saddle.

Why riders love it:

  • Strong, substantial handle that's easy to find and grab quickly
  • Helps riders maintain a more balanced hand and upper-body position
  • Gives nervous or inexperienced riders additional security
  • Helps prevent riders balancing on the reins over jumps
  • Removable saddle attachment straps help stop the neck strap slipping down
  • Useful for jumping, flatwork, lessons, trail riding and bareback
  • Excellent training aid for developing independent hands
  • Suitable for bitless horses and horses in training
  • A more functional alternative to a traditional monkey grip or saddle grab strap

Available in two sizes:

• Small: 81cm to 115cm – pony to cob
• Large: 115cm to 150cm – cob to large horse

The small on its largest setting is the same as the Large on its smallest setting.

Check your horse’s neck measurement to ensure the perfect fit.

A little more security. A lot more confidence.
